Joe Landrigan, AIA, LEED AP, President
Joe, the president and owner of SAGE Design-Build, Inc., combines his passion and unique skillset to put a personal touch on every project. Over the past 25 years, he has worked extensively on a diverse range of projects integrating design and construction services to meet the commercial construction needs of his clients. A licensed Architect and LEED Accredited Professional, Joe has managed projects ranging in size from several thousand dollar improvements to $100 million, multiphase design and construction ventures.
Regardless of the project size or complexity, Joe implements a holistic approach to maximize client value from project conception to completion. His personal investment in each SAGE project demonstrates a commitment to excellence and creates a partnership with clients that ensures success.
A recognized expert in design and construction, Joe is a member of the Board of Trustees for The Swain School, as well as the LifePath Foundation. With a world-class outlook, he has honed his skillset in projects across the United States, Europe, and Japan.
