Fresenius Medical Care moved to the Lehigh Valley.

SAGE Design-Build, Inc. performed an At-risk, Construction Management role for the 8,000 sq. ft. building that houses Fresenius Medical Care. SAGE started construction in late November 2016, worked through the winter to complete the project in the spring of 2017

Jim Vozar, owner of the building housing FMC, found SAGE to be the right partner for the job. “Having SAGE handle the details of this project allowed me to manage and advance other projects,” said Vozar.
