This showroom renovation was completed in multiple phases to maintain operations in the facility while construction was ongoing. The first phase involved interior demolition of existing offices and mezzanine structure and completion of the new expanded area of the showroom. After installation of the showroom tile vignettes by the client, the second phase of the project included not only the renovation of the existing showroom, but also the complete exterior facelift of the building to create a new signature entrance storefront and canopy
