PMA was another project we did for Brookwood, a repeat client. It involved 30,000 square feet of space to completely renovate while keeping them in operation. This entailed working mostly nights and weekend including moving of furniture and completing tasks incrementally that included new flooring, new painting, vinyl wall covering, wall protection, upgraded lunchroom, LED lighting, HVAC and plumbing. The project was constructed over a 3-month time period with a daily construction schedule and communications with both the tenant and Brookwood’s project management staff. Both Brookwood and PMA were extremely happy with SAGE’s level of communication on a daily basis that ensured that their operation was uninterrupted.
