Now in design and under land-development review with the City of Bethlehem, the project targets a Spring 2026 groundbreaking. We’re thrilled to share a sneak peek of a noteworthy project in the works! LVIP has entrusted the SAGE team to serve as their Design-Build partner for a unique project at LVIP VII Lot 8 in Bethlehem, PA.

Currently in the design phase, SAGE is working closely with LVIP to create a 50,000sf manufacturing facility that combines smart design with operational efficiency. The project is undergoing land development review with the City of Bethlehem, and groundbreaking is slated for Spring 2026.
