We’re proud to share that two SAGE projects, Honeywell Tenant Fit-Out and Inflight Training Solutions Interior Renovation, have been awarded Lehigh Valley Business’ Top Projects Awards. Honeywell Tenant Fit-Out – Lehigh Valley

SAGE Design‑Build delivered a 25,000sf corporate fit‑out for Honeywell, completing a modern workplace in the Lehigh Valley in just 3 months, from initial design concept through substantial completion. Leveraging a Design‑Build approach, SAGE partnered with RHJ Architects to create a brand‑driven environment tailored to Honeywell while thoughtfully navigating the constraints of the existing space.

The project highlights how Design‑Build drives speed, alignment, and quality, even under aggressive schedules. Through seamless coordination across design, constructability, budget + schedule, the team successfully met Honeywell’s workplace design and functionality expectations, despite the fast‑tracked timeline. This fit‑out stands as an example of delivering large‑scale corporate interiors through true project team collaboration.

Inflight Training Solutions Interior Renovation

The Inflight Training Solutions (ITS) renovation at Union Boulevard exemplifies adaptive reuse through the thoughtful transformation of a unique existing building into a cohesive, future‑ready training and administrative headquarters. Rather than demolish and rebuild, SAGE strategically leveraged the existing structure to maximize value and performance. Most notably, two undersized conference rooms were combined to create a spacious, light‑filled central hub with full‑height glazed punch‑throughs.

The renovation established clear zoning between operational and client‑facing spaces, paired with cohesive brand colors and curated interior finishes. Subtle exterior updates reinforced the ITS brand presence. The result is a high‑functioning, brand‑forward environment designed to support ITS’s mission today while allowing flexibility for future growth. This project demonstrates how adaptive reuse can extend a building’s lifecycle while elevating performance and identity.
