Infinera-Nokia Project Completed on Compressed Timeline

Former Pharmacy, Fully Reimagined

SAGE Design-Build has completed a 19,000sf complex renovation and tenant fit-out for Infinera–Nokia, transforming a former pharmacy into a high‑performance testing and production Work Area that expands their existing Windsor Drive operations. Leveraging SAGE’s integrated Design-Build model, the team aligned architecture + interiors, engineering, construction management, and trade partners to deliver the project within a compressed schedule with fully coordinated execution.

The project features a fully renovated Work Area with upgraded infrastructure, including coordinated above‑ceiling systems to support new equipment requirements and a custom unistrut half‑wall system designed to organize and distribute key utilities with long‑term flexibility. Environmental controls were integrated to maintain reliable operating conditions. Office and support spaces were refreshed in collaboration with Nokia’s design team, and technology and security improvements were implemented throughout the facility.

Through close collaboration with client teams and subcontractors, SAGE delivered a modern, technically capable, and highly adaptable environment designed to support Infinera–Nokia’s evolving operational needs.
