This is our second project for Andesa and is located in the adjacent building at 4887 Hamilton Boulevard. This project involved refinishing an existing 1500 square foot building, lighting upgrades, HVAC replacement, bathroom upgrades, creating a coffee station and all new painting. On the exterior, in addition to landscaping improvements, we replaced existing roofing and repainted to make it complimentary to the existing building next door.
