This project is 40,000 square foot flex building that included multiple renovations and fit outs of the existing space as well as exterior improvements, including overhead door replacements, exterior steps, roof related improvements. The projects also included LED lighting replacements as well as general fit out for the space of approximately 10,000 square feet of office space.
