Airgas is a 12,000 square foot renovation of an existing facility that involved maintaining their existing operation while the work took place. This involved working nights and weekends to complete the project, which included electric, HVAC, and plumbing. Also, we had to demise the space with a new wall to reduce the overall size of their space. It included all new flooring, painting and millwork for their bathrooms and break room. The level of communication and daily scheduling between SAGE, Airgas and Brookwood enabled Airgas to maintain a seamless operation during construction.
