This project for Curtiss-Wright involved the relocation from their existing facility in New Jersey. The majority of the space is for the manufacturing and assembly of highly specialized pumps for the federal government and includes clean rooms, large, deep pits for pump pressure and flow testing, and major overhead bridge and jib cranes in support of their operation.

Curtiss-Wright entered into a Design-Build-Lease arrangement with a local developer and hired SAGE as their Construction Management Advisor to help them manage the overall project logistics and represent them with the developer. SAGE attended all project meetings and provided guidance throughout the project related to lease compliance, schedule, and budget coordination, owner direct hire contract coordination and scheduling, and move planning efforts.

“SAGE was effective immediately; outlining where we might find savings, and ultimately mitigating future risks, helping us through every step of this project – process, planning, execution and review – all with the utmost reliability and professionalism. In my entire career, I have only encountered a handful of people who I respect this much. He definitely has his client’s best interest at heart and he takes the time to really understand you, your business and your needs. You’d be hard pressed to find another professional like Joe and my only regret is that we didn’t bring him in earlier in the project.”
