SAGE was hired as the Design-Builder to design and construct a new 1 story shell medical office/retail building on the site of the former Dempsey’s Diner, as a way to connect the corner of Shoenersville and Catasaqua Roads between the adjoining businesses and the Westgate Mall. The building will feature design materials including glass, stone, and metal found at the mall and present them in a contemporary design that embraces the needs of today’s retail and healthcare clientelle.
