Brookwood Financial tapped SAGE Design-Build to deliver a 25,000sf corporate fit-out for Honeywell – one of our most aggressive schedules. Using our Design-Build approach, we aligned permitting, budget, and decisions in parallel with coordinating subcontractors and phasing construction to meet a Fall 2025 move-in. The result blends Honeywell’s global brand standards with Brookwood’s building requirements, proving communication, speed, and construction expertise can coexist.
