SAGE Design-Build Awarded River Crossing YMCA New Addition and Interior Renovation

Through a qualifications-based selection process, River Crossing YMCA has awarded SAGE Design-Build, Inc. the River Crossing YMCA – Nazareth Branch Community Hub project. We are proud to share this exciting new project, located at 33 S. Main Street in Nazareth, PA. SAGE will serve as Construction Manager at Risk, providing preconstruction design support and comprehensive construction management services throughout the duration of the project.

Through a qualifications-based selection process, River Crossing YMCA has awarded SAGE Design-Build, Inc. the River Crossing YMCA – Nazareth Branch Community Hub project. We are proud to share this exciting new project, located at 33 S. Main Street in Nazareth, PA. SAGE will serve as Construction Manager at Risk, providing preconstruction design support and comprehensive construction management services throughout the duration of the project.

In partnership with the River Crossing YMCA, SAGE will transform the Nazareth branch through a new addition and extensive renovations designed to better serve the region’s growing community. The planned 7,200sf addition will introduce new classrooms, an indoor play area, and upgraded restroom facilities. Additional project scope includes reconfiguring accessible parking and site access, relocating the main entrance, installing two new stair towers and an elevator, and renovating existing locker room areas and support spaces.

Construction will be executed in three carefully coordinated phases from April 2026 through December 2027. With the campus remaining active throughout, SAGE’s phased approach and Construction Management expertise will be essential to minimizing disruptions and ensuring smooth coordination at every stage. The SAGE team looks forward to working closely with the River Crossing YMCA and project partners to deliver a revitalized community hub that will support Nazareth families for many years to come.
