Brookwood Honeywell

SAGE Design-Build is proud to announce the successful completion of a 25,000sf corporate fit-out for Brookwood Financial, now serving as the new home for global technology leader Honeywell. Delivered in just four months, this fast-track renovation represents one of the largest and most complex corporate transformations in the region.

The project required adapting an existing building footprint to meet Honeywell’s global experiential design standards while aligning with Brookwood’s building requirements. Leveraging SAGE’s integrated Design-Build approach, the team streamlined design, permitting, and construction processes concurrently—ensuring speed and uncompromised quality.

Key partners included Brookwood Financial, Honeywell, RHJ Architects, and SAGE’s dedicated project team. Through strategic phasing and agile coordination, Honeywell successfully occupied its new space on schedule in October 2025.

This milestone reinforces SAGE’s ability to deliver high-performance, brand-driven environments under tight timelines. The project highlights SAGE’s commitment to collaboration, precision, and excellence in every phase of delivery.
