Two SAGE Projects Nominated for Lehigh Valley Business Top Projects

We’re proud to share that two SAGE Design-Build projects, Honeywell Tenant Fit-Out and Inflight Training Solutions Interior Renovation, have been awarded Lehigh Valley Business’ Top Projects Awards. This recognition celebrates excellence in construction across the region, and we’re honored to see both projects acknowledged for their complexity, creativity, and collaborative execution.

Honeywell Tenant Fit-Out – Lehigh Valley

SAGE Design‑Build completed a 25,000sf corporate fit‑out for Honeywell, delivering a modern workspace in the Lehigh Valley in just three months, from design concept to substantial completion. In partnership with Brookwood Financial, the team transformed an existing office into a space that meets both Honeywell’s global experiential design standards and the building’s requirements, an uncommon dual‑standard challenge made more complex by an aggressive 2.5 month permitting to inspection schedule.

Leveraging a Design‑Build approach, SAGE and RHJ Architects created a brand‑driven environment tailored to Honeywell, while working within the constraints of the existing space. Strategic planning and innovative material choices ensured high performance without compromising preferred branding standards.

The project showcases how Design‑Build enables speed, alignment, and quality. Seamless coordination between design, constructability, budget and schedule preserved Honeywell’s global design intent, despite the accelerated timeline. This fit‑out is a benchmark for delivering large‑scale corporate interiors through collaboration and innovation.

Inflight Training Solutions Interior Renovation

The Inflight Training Solutions (ITS) renovation at Union Boulevard exemplifies adaptive reuse and thoughtful transformation: converting a unique building into a cohesive, future-ready training and administrative headquarters. Rather than demolish and rebuild, SAGE strategically leveraged the existing structure, combining two undersized conference rooms into a spacious, light-filled centerpiece with full-height glazed punch-throughs and establishing clear zoning between operational and client-facing spaces. The design integrated cohesive brand colors with curated finishes, while exterior enhancements including canopy refinishing, façade painting, and illuminated signage. The result is a high-functioning, brand-forward environment designed to support ITS’s mission today while allowing flexibility for future growth. This project demonstrates how adaptive reuse can extend a building’s lifecycle while elevating performance and identity.
