SAGE designed and built a 5,000sf office and warehouse storage space fit-out for Kelley Electric. Designed to balance functionality with a welcoming atmosphere, the space supports daily operations and long-term growth. The fit-out features an open office area, private offices, dedicated training room, staff amenities, and upgraded warehouse space. Thoughtfully planned to feel comfortable and approachable, the environment reflects Kelley Electric’s family-centered values.

The Bennett Family once again engaged SAGE to design and construct a tenant fit-out for Kelley Electric within an existing building addition originally built by SAGE. Led by Jason and Bridget Kelley, Kelley Electric is a family-based electrical contracting company rooted in integrity, family, and quality: values that align seamlessly with our Design-Build approach. This shared philosophy fostered a collaborative process and real-time decision making, resulting in a space that reflects the company’s culture while supporting its growing team. Through close collaboration with the Kelley Electric team, SAGE transformed a long held vision into a built reality, marking a milestone years in the making.
The fit-out features a welcoming open office adjacent to a comfortable soft-seating area that encourages informal collaboration. Additional amenities include a kitchenette and open staff dining area, three private offices, and new toilet rooms designed for staff and visitor convenience. A dedicated training room was created as an essential component to support Kelley Electric’s commitment to training and team support. This space is directly adjacent to warehouse storage space, which was upgraded with new wall paint and durable resinous flooring to create a clean and functional workspace.
Bridget envisioned an environment that felt homey, comfortable, and welcoming. The interior finish concept incorporates nature-inspired patterns and a soft creamy color palette, accented with pops of deep green. Branding was thoughtfully curated throughout the space, without directly reflecting brand colors, resulting in a comfortable timeless aesthetic.
SAGE was proud to partner once again with the Bennett Family and collaborate with Jason and Bridget Kelley to deliver a space that supports Kelley Electric’s team while embodying the values at the heart of their business.
